We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful client in Thame, who are recruiting for a Trainer to join their busy plant hire business. 

If you have experience delivering training and hold a trainer/ assessor qualification, this may be an excellent opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
• Delivering Theoretical and Practical training to external customers across a diverse section of the construction industry
• Supervise and instruct on the theoretical and practical aspects of the safe operation of plant and equipment, conducting examinations and assessments, design lesson plans and courses that fully engage participants.
• Administrative tasks relating to the Training Centre, which will include booking, processing, and recording all training and testing.
• Assist in some on-site duties, including provision of training and operating of plant supplied by the organisation.

Requirements:
•Hold a recognised trainer / assessor qualification

•Experience working in the construction industry and or operating construction machinery and vehicles

• Experience delivering training in the construction or similar industry
