Transformation Project Manager

Location: Portishead with agile working

Salary: £53,000 per annum

Permanent

Full time (37 hours per week)

It is an exciting time to join Alliance Homes in our Business Change team as our next Transformation Project Manager.

You will support the Head of IT & Business Change in developing and delivering clear and concise reports for key governance meetings, taking responsibility for your own professional development.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead on successful delivery of projects through their entire lifecycle into Business as usual. This will include developing project plans, managing budgets, and resource planning.

You will also work with stakeholders, to ensure they are on board and clear of their roles and time commitment. The successful candidate will develop project plans and complete resource planning to support operational delivery, and be accountable for project reporting accuracy, timelines and quality.

We are looking for someone who is a champion for a change and solution oriented that will actively seek out and identify new ways of improving best practice, promote a culture of delivery, innovation and continuous improvement.

About you:

Already experienced in delivery of large and complex business change projects, you will have used different methodologies such as waterfall and agile.

You will be an exceptional communicator, with strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to plan, forecast, risk manage, and budget manage within a project.

You will also have a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE or APM PMQ.

We are looking for someone who is a critical thinker, with great analytical abilities. You will be able to make, and be accountable for, sound, evidence-based judgements.
