Transport Supervisor Position Remuneration
  • Salary DOE - £28k - £32k

**Transport Supervisor Required** to join a well-established transport firm based at their head office in Heckmondwike.

In this role you will be part of a small team overseeing the construction haulage and logistics sector. Overseeing the planning of 33 vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent route planning experience with strong geographical knowledge. You will also be responsible for overseeing the distribution of goods, driver management and have an understanding of transport legislation.

Transport Supervisor Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years route planning experience including good knowledge of UK roads
  • Good understanding of Transport Management systems - Tachomaster, Fleetcheck, Vigo, Matrix Telematics, Aquarius
  • Knowledge of up-to-date compliance / safety regulations
  • An industry related qualification - CPC Transport Manager etc (Desired)
  • FORS (Fleet Operating Recognition Scheme)
