Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic seeking a new opportunity based in Wednesbury? If so, we have the role for you!

Annual Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 (DOE) overtime at Time and Half available
Weekly Hours: 8am to 5.30pm - Mon To Thurs, 8am to 1pm - Fri plus a Saturday morning every other week

Our client, one of the UK's largest independent used car supermarkets, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team. On a permanent contract, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver a high level of service to contribute towards the company's continual success.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician will include but are not limited to:
  • Complete vehicle safety inspections to the highest standard
  • Confidence working on all makes and models of vehicles and an ability to carry out various tasks efficiently to an excellent standard
  • Ability to diagnose faults on many different types of vehicles
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with compliance to Health & Safety at all times

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician include:
  • Valid UK driving license is preferred
  • Level 3 Qualification or equivalent OR 5 years' experience in a workshop environment
  • Ability to work efficiently, with high numbers of vehicles coming into our workshop
  • Previous diagnostic experience preferred - but not essential
