Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:15pm (37.5 hours)

Location: Andover

Salary: From £30K DOE + yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a small team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring that all products are clearly labelled and stored appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with sales and production departments, providing updates on inventory levels and meeting daily deadlines.
• Resolve any issues that may arise, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Coordinate collections and pick-ups with our trusted transport partners.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse management role, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
• A hands-on attitude, willing to work alongside the team when required.
