Your Role:

As the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our small yet bustling warehouse. You'll oversee daily packing, shipment of parcels, goods management, and maintain organizational standards. This position requires hands-on involvement and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a small, busy warehouse environment effectively.
• Work independently, showing initiative and flexibility.
• Motivate and integrate into a small team seamlessly.
• Experience in aftermarket/performance car parts sector desirable.

About You:

The business is seeking someone with at least 12 months' experience managing a busy warehouse.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and a team player.

Experience in the automotive parts sector is advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
