We are currently seeking a talented Wills, Trusts and Probate Associate Solicitor to join our client's well-established law firm based in Havant. Our client is a leading provider of legal services and prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be experienced in handling a variety of Private Client work. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge and experience in STEP or working towards STEP qualifications would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a variety of Private Client matters including wills, probate, and trusts
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on legal matters relating to wills, trusts, and probate
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Private Client work, including wills, trusts, and probate
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage own caseload
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
  • STEP qualification or working towards it would be advantageous
