Role - Workshop Controller
Salary - £29,270 basic £32,270 OTE
Location - Old Trafford

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our client's bodyshop based at there Manchester site in Old Trafford.

We are seeking a technically knowledgeable individual with excellent man management skills. Your priority will be to supervise a large and growing team of technicians, control the workshop operations and provide the Service Manager with statistical data for monthly targeting and appraisals.

You will be responsible for:

Supervising and motivating your team of Service Technicians and pro-actively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance.

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice.

Supervises the daily time keeping of technicians and managing absence to ensure a consistent level of attendance

Maintaining relationships with the vehicle manufacturer and providing technical information for Technicians during repair operations

Client is offering highly competitive basic salary with achievable bonus and realistic targets!

To be successful in this role you must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control the team, have proven track record as a Workshop Controller within a franchised motor retail environment, customer satisfaction (CSI), generating gross profit, computer literate - preferably with the Kerridge software package.
