Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our team starting in September. As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to our young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. This is a full-time role with full responsibilities, including planning, teaching, assessing, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in the UK, preferably in Year 1 or Key Stage 1
Strong behavior management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging and differentiated lessons
Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Uphold school policies and procedures, including behavior management and safeguarding protocols
