Position: Primary Teaching Assistant (Year 3) Location: Oldham Start Date: June 2024 Contract: Full-time, Long-term Pay Rate: £85 to £90 per day (subject to experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a challenging child in Year 3, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective strategies for academic and behavioral development.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging engagement and participation.

Candidate Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with challenging students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
