Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for a Young Families Support Worker to start a new role in Swindon.  

You will be working for an accommodation-based supported housing scheme located in Swindon providing supported accommodation for young parents aged between 16 - 25 years.

You will support young people so that they can maintain a tenancy and property and develop skills that enable them to move on to independent living.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00.

Responsibilities

Meeting with customers regularly to ensure

Supporting customers to maintain their properties and abide by their tenancies

Report repairs to ensure health and safety is maintained in the building.

Daily checks for our Retirement living service.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience of working with vulnerable people

Compliance: Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
