Opportunity for an HR Associate within the London office a global business tech firm. Hybrid working.

As an HR Associate, you'll implement HR policies and support managers with a wide range of duties, working collaboratively with the US team to support UK, US and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage effective hiring across UK and US regions
  • Sourcing and screening candidate
  • Interview coordination and feedback
  • Managing stakeholder relations
  • ATS utilisation
  • Plan and participate in recruiting events for graduate hires
  • On/offboarding
  • Administrative processes for starters and leavers
  • Organise employee engagement initiatives, events and socials
  • Managing low level, and support on complex ER
  • Oversee performance management.
  • Lead the Performance Improvement Plan process
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures

Required experience:

  • Experience in HR
  • Strong communication
  • Relevant HR or business qualification
  • International experience (APAC region desirable)
  • Additional language skills desirable (Japanese preferred)
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
