ADMINISTRATOR
  
A temporary opportunity to support a luxury hotel business until the 2nd of August as an Administrator.
  
You will be supporting the business with core administration support which includes managing an inbox, document control as well as filing and scanning of important documents. You will be booking adhoc travel, supporting with booking of meeting rooms and supporting the wider team as needed.
 
ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files, both electronically and in hard copy format, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, in person, over the phone, and via email, and effectively communicating with team members, clients, and vendors to resolve issues promptly
  • Assisting with data entry tasks, including inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, and compiling and analyzing data to support decision-making processes
  • Identifying opportunities for streamlining administrative processes and implementing efficiency improvements, collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to support various projects and initiatives, fostering positive working relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Performing additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management
ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
  • Professionally presented and happy working in a corporate environment
  • High attention to detail and great verbal and written communication
