Role and Responsibilities:

I am working with a fantastic Primary School based in Swindon who are looking for either a qualified HLTA or a Teaching Assistant who has gained numerous years of experience and is looking to make the step up. The school is able to provide the training necessary to qualify with HLTA status for those candidates who do not already hold this qualification.

Join us in shaping the educational journey of students across Primary School age groups, showcasing your adaptability and versatility in supporting learners of varying ages and academic levels. Bring your wealth of experience in providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring each student receives personalized attention, patience, and assistance.

A successful candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of the educational curriculum, seamlessly integrating key learning objectives, assessment criteria, and innovative instructional methodologies into your teaching practices.
