My client is currently looking for a dedicated and accomplished IP Partner (equity) to join its esteemed and talented IP team and contribute to the growth and advancement of the Intellectual Property practice. The firm prides itself on delivering unparalleled legal solutions, and is looking for a dynamic individual to bring expertise, leadership, and innovation to the IP team.

The primary focus of the role will be patent litigation in the life science sector (bio sector). You'll lead crucial cases in the High Court and coordinate cases in other jurisdictions. This role will also have a focus on Trade Mark matters. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of four, with scope for the team to develop out further.  

The successful candidate will hold a scientific degree, be able to practice in the courts of England and Wales. It’s essential that the candidate has a strong background within Patent Litigation in the Life Sciences sector (Bio).
