RECEPTIONIST

An exciting permanent opportunity as a Receptionist in a well-known and prominent law firm with branches across London!
  
RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
  • Greeting clients and guests managing any walk in requests or queries
  • Facilities assistance by ordering stock and stationery for the office
  • Answering incoming phone calls, making bookings as well as answering any service information requests
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Managing meeting rooms using Microsoft outlook calendar, Microsoft Teams or Zoom
  • Providing outstanding customer service to represent Streathers in a professional manner
  • Assist for office and admin ad-hoc duties
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of corporate reception experience
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
  • Comfortable working 5 days in an office
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
