Residential Conveyancer

A well established Cheshire law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to enhance their busy and expanding Property team. This role promises a supportive team, committed to professional growth and excellence in client service together with genuine career progression opportunities. The role is based at their Chester office.

Ideal candidates will bring a proactive and energetic approach to managing a personal caseload dealing with a full range of residential property matters to include buying, selling, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions.

You will also be able to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

Organisation, exceptional written communication, and IT skills are a must for this role as is familiarity with case management systems.
