Tezlom HealthCare are now recruiting staff for the position of Permanent Support Worker in Hammersmith who have experience within Learning Disability Services/ Mental Health or who have worked with service users with dual diagnoses.


Support Worker must possess the following duties:
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work on your own initiative
Good communication skills
Good record keeping skills

Support Worker must be punctual, reliable and adaptable to the different needs of the service users.

This role is a Full-Time position in a day centre setting, working with both male and female service users. You will be supporting service users with mild to moderate care needs.

The candidate must be comfortable swimming and supporting services users in the pool.

The client is offering fantastic work environment, with career support and progression.

Candidate must have enhanced DBS. If not we can do one for them which expense is to be met by the applicant.
